The Challenge

Due to limited space inside the building, installing an internal hoist system was not possible. Therefore, a self supporting goods hoist was chosen on the outside of the building. The solution had to fit the existing situation while also being prepared for a future expansion. For this reason, the hoist installation was immediately designed to accommodate an additional floor, which at the time of installation still formed the roof level.

The Solution

For this production facility, a self supporting goods hoist installation was realized on the exterior of the building. This provided a practical solution for the vertical transport of goods without taking up valuable interior space. Because the installation was prepared for an additional floor, it was also designed with future expansion in mind. As a result, the hoist solution fits not only the current situation but also the further development of the building.
