The Challenge

After 15 years of intensive use in a very busy logistics environment, there was a need to modernize the 18 De Jong goods hoists of the SL400 type. It was essential that the work would interfere with daily operations as little as possible. This required a tight schedule and a phased approach in close coordination with the client.

The Solution

Within the agreed timeframe, the hoist cabins were dismantled in small batches and transported to our location in Leerdam. There, the cabins were fully modernized and subsequently reinstalled. Thanks to this efficient and phased approach, the hoist installations were upgraded with minimal disruption to the logistics process.
